For two decades, United Trading Inc. (UT) has endeavoured to bring Indian food products to the US market with a focus on outstanding customer relations, top-notch quality and product uniqueness. When the company set out to harness their rapid growth momentum, they relied on SAP Business One and the implementation specialists at ERP Logic to equip them with a scalable, integrated platform. Since the roll-out, United Trading has grown by 15-20% and enjoys a future-proof, secure data hub with crystal-clear data transparency, expanded system access, increased warehouse picking and packing efficiency, and is now able to turn its dreams of expansion into reality.
UT had a legacy system. They were striving to manage exponential growth and considerably expand warehouse capacity. They wanted to reduce human errors and increase efficiency. The system was not secured and accurate. It was not able to provide greater data visibility.
UT was looking for an ERP solution which fully secured, integrated and provides a scalable data management solution hub. After evaluating several cloud ERP providers in the industry, UT considered Nobl Q as an ideal partner to collaborate with, to begin with the project.
Nobl Q listened to UT concerns, was quick to understand their needs, and proposed fitting solutions. The decision to implement SAP Business One was taken. Nobl Q was praised for smooth, glitch-free implementation with no halt to operations.
“With SAP Business One we have better system security, increased data visibility, scalability, capacity for more users and more efficient picking and order packing in the warehouse.”
Gagandeep Singh, Vice President, United Trading Inc
Secured and Fully Integrated
After implementing SAP Business One UT had a better data visibility and access, particularly for sales reps in the field. The system is fully secured and integrated, newly scalable data management platform with capacity to manage large number of users.
Increased efficiency
The system allows UT overseas suppliers to input data directly into the system using SAP Vendor Portal functionality which was previously handled by UT. It increased the efficiency of picking and packing orders in warehouse facilities.
